For sheet extrusion process the most applications use the coat-hanger extrusion dies with more even thickness distribution along the whole width and more convenience for thickness adjusting.
The extrusion dies will be designed specific according to the different process materials and process condition, even the different capacity requirements. With fluid dynamics simulation software by FEM analysis we can minimize the trial and errors.
The maximum 5 layer composite sheets can be finished with the optimized adaptor and feeding-blocks. By the way, the multi-manifold ides will be optional for some special applications.
